No horse's conformation has been surgically or digitally altered in any way.
Any horse selling for less than $1000 will require buyer to pay for coggins and health certificate.
I encourage prospective buyers to have a pre-purchase health examination performed by their veterinarian of choice. If you do not have a vet in mind, I can refer you to several veterinarians experienced with miniature horses in my area. The farm is easily accessible by large trailers or semi-haulers. Most horses can be boarded at my farm, at no charge, until paid in full and/or transportation services are arranged (timeframe to be agreed upon in contract). All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Prices may be negotiable and payments may be accepted under certain conditions. Although I strive to keep my website current, a particular horse may no longer be for sale. International inquiries are most welcome. References will be requested prior to finalizing any sale of one of my horses; excellent homes are my first priority for any horse I sell.

Stallion.
This gorgeous boy is a champion in waiting! He is beautiful, very correct and has a pedigree that is second to none! I'm very confident in this boy's ability to be a winning show horse and then go on to produce beautiful babies for his new owner. His dam is a direct daughter of World Reserve GRAND Champion Senior Stallion Cross Country Call Me Sir! Sir has gone on to sire many, many World Champion horses. The cross that produced his dam was repeated eight times so we know it must have been a great match for Alamos Farm. This colt's sire is the "look alike" son of Buckeroo - Little Kings Little Buckeroo - a gorgeous buckskin roan that is one of Little Kings Farm's best producing Buckeroo sons. And this colt was a repeat breeding between Toffee Snow and Junior - again, a cross that merited repeating.
Stilts, as I call him because since I breed for the 30" and under horse he is too tall for me, has such a pretty and expressive head and eye. I truly could not capture his real beauty in these pictures. And his neck and throat latch are phenomenal. Again, I just do not have the skills to capture his real self. This colt also has very nice movement with a shoulder that allows for freedom of movement and a hip/hind-end that was made for getting under himself for power. A professional performance trainer saw him running around my backyard and commented (unsolicited) about his conformation being made for a true driving/performance horse. Stilts, due to my recent life changes and adjustments, has not been handled and is just learning to lead as a yearling. We were not able to "set" his feet to stand him for his pictures so what you see is natural. He toes out a bit when standing but tracks extremely straight when trotting.

Above photos of Stilts are as a weanling and then as a yearling taken on 5/30/2010. Stilts measured 32.25 on the day the pics where taken with about 1/2" or more of extra heel. His pictures have not be altered in any way to change his conformation. One was altered digitally to lighten it so he was more visible.

Notes: Binky is a sweet, intelligent and affectionate horse that already has a winning show record but can do so much more. He has two AMHA Top Tens in halter (one in open and one in ammy) but could easily be trained to drive and excel in that, liberty and obstacle. He really needs a job and would make a great youth or amateur horse. He's happiest when he's learning something and interacting with his person. Binky's movement is Country Pleasure and he'd look very pretty in harness!

Notes: This flashy foal has it all - conformation, color and a super pedigree. His sire is the gorgeous Spirit and his dam is a palomino pinto daughter of the famous Roan Ranger! He can be a winning show horse now and go on to add much sought after genetics to your herd. This boy's temperament is very easy-going, laid-back and willing. He would make a very good youth horse (once gelded) or a good driving prospect for a new driver.

Notes: This is a leggy, refined buckskin colt with the conformation to show in halter and driving (when he's older) and the pedigree to be a herdsire. He has a very free-moving shoulder and ground-covering trot. Both his parents are very pretty movers and he certainly got it also! He also free jumps in the field and shows good natural form. Notes: Pete is sired by Little Kings Super Supreme who is a national/world champion driving and halter horse! Some of Pete's siblings include SF Mahogany Bay (World Champion Country Pleasure), MTC Unforgettable (Reserve World Champion Country Pleasure), MTC Harbor Lites (World Champion Country Pleasure), MTC Keepsake (World Champion Country Pleasure) and MTC Bay Supreme (World Champion Country Pleasure). Pete doesn't have the height but he has the conformation to go along with his decorated siblings! Pete will dominate in the Senior Stallion 28" and Under class as well as the Amateur Senior Stallion 30" and Under. AND... He's a Double Destiny maternal grandson.
Pete is correct, pretty-headed and tracks very straight. He injured his right eye in the early summer of 2010 and it was thought he may lose the eye possibly but certainly lose his sight, however Pete has recovered extremely well and sees just fine out of both eyes. There is an opaque spot about 3/4ths the size of a dime on his right eye. It does NOT preclude him from showing, nor does it detract from his pretty head and eye. He's a bit overweight at the moment; when he's in "show" shape, he is as balanced as they come - much more so than you normally see on a 28" and Under horse!

Buddy is a very pretty buckskin with an awesome pedigree. He was never supposed to belong to me so that is why he was never registered as he was supposed to return to the person I bought his dam from after he was weaned, but their plans changed. All of the paperwork exists to get him registered with AMHR. His parents are registered with both A and R so obtaining a certificate for AMHA may be possible by going through his breeder.
He's sweet, a very PRETTY mover, correct and smart!

Notes: Star has a drop dead gorgeous head that just can't be given justice in any picture I've ever seen of her. She gets it from her dam and it got her noticed in the ring! She has the most expressive eye and a way of cocking her head that just screams look at me! Star's legs are perfectly straight and she is smooth bodied when in show shape. Although Star won many titles while showing she is not the long, lean, refined horse that is winning today. She's still gorgeous and would make a super youth or amateur horse and is probably lower level top ten material in open Senior Mares 28-30" she is not however going to be a national champion. Just being honest.
I am selling Star as a youth or ammy horse and not as a broodmare prospect as she had a cyst in one of her ovaries in the past. She was treated and the cyst went away, but I can not guarantee her breeding soundness. My vet says it's possible she can be successfully bred, but I just can't say with certainty that she can.
Star's papers have not been brought perm. Star comes with several professional photos, her All-Star certificates and her SMLEC High Point Trophy (if the buyer wishes to pay shipping).
